Letter to Our Patients
Dear Patient,
We hope this letter finds you well. We sincerely appreciate your trust in our eye care services over the years. Please note, effective November 5, 2022, San Antonio Eye Specialists will no longer be in network with TMHP (Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership).
If you have Traditional Medicaid (THMP), you will need to find a new provider to receive in-network benefits.
We will do all we can to facilitate a smooth transition by forwarding your patient records to your new eye specialist. Please check your THMP website to find a list of in-network providers.
Again, after November 5th, 2022, San Antonio Eye Specialists will no longer be participating providers with THMP insurance so please make the necessary accommodations for your visual needs.
